Thank you for choosing K+A! We’re truly excited to be a part of your special day and can’t wait for you to see the beautiful quality and craftsmanship of your selections. Before we get started, we’d love for you to take a moment to review and agree to the following details:

 

**ORDER PROCESS**  

Once you’ve picked out your favorite style, color, fabric, and size, please complete and sign the Policy Form. Since all our gowns and dresses are made just for you, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit before placing your order. 

 

**SIZING**  

To find your perfect fit, we’ll need specific measurements from you. We suggest using your largest measurement to determine your size. If you’re between sizes, it’s a good idea to choose the larger size – it’s always easier to make something smaller than to adjust it if it’s too tight! We kindly ask that the bride and bridesmaids confirm their sizes before we can move forward with the order. Each person will need to submit an online Policy Form through our website before we can process everything.

 

**FABRIC**  

Our fabrics may have some wonderful natural variations and irregularities, which only add to their charm – we think they enhance their beauty! Just a heads up: colors may vary a bit due to differences in dye lots, but we’re confident you’ll love your choice.

 

**DELIVERY**  

To ensure everything is perfect for the big day, we recommend that brides order their gowns at least 6 months ahead of time. Typically, bridal gowns are delivered about 5 months before the wedding, unless your order date doesn’t allow for that or if you’ve requested a different delivery date.

 

**RETURN POLICY**  

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but please note that all sales are final, and we aren’t able to accept exchanges or refunds. If any merchandise is left unclaimed in our boutique for 30 days or more (unless we’ve made special arrangements), it will become the property of K+A, and any payments will be forfeited.
